Fairfox was born from our belief that when you make powerful tools widely available, you can accelerate progress toward a more transparent and equitable world—one workplace at a time.
When we first learned about the pay transparency directive, we saw a unique opportunity to apply our data science expertise toward creating meaningful change.
We realized that the same analytical techniques we used daily could be applied to pay equity—but most organizations, especially smaller ones, had no access to these capabilities. The existing solutions were either prohibitively expensive or overly complex.
That's when it clicked: what if we could democratize pay equity analysis? Instead of keeping these tools locked away in enterprise software, we could make them accessible to any organization wanting to do the right thing.
