When we first learned about the Pay Transparency Directive, we saw what would be a significant challenge for many organizations.
We realized that while the directive's intent is sound, most organizations would struggle to meet its requirements without expensive consultants or enterprise-grade software. Large companies with data science teams could manage. Smaller organizations would face a choice: pay up or risk non-compliance.
That's when it clicked: what if we could democratize pay equity analysis? We could take the same statistical tools that enterprises use and make them accessible to any organization that needs them.
